"Tie em' up and lock em' in the room." Said Antonio. He was talking to the guy that we did not know. He was wearing a long jacket, with the hood hanging over his eyes. He had jeans that were way to big, like the gangster style. His shoes, wait- his shoes, he didn't have any. They were plain, bare feet, all scraped and bruised. I wonder how that happened.
He made sure all of us were in the room. He tied us all up with rope on our ankles, wrist, knees, and to make it even better, he tied us up in chairs. He also tied dirty rags over our mouths. Gross.
He walked out of the room, locked the door, and left. Just like that.
We all looked exhausted. Bailee and Kailee were about to fall asleep, I had a bruise on my head, Rikki was trying her best to untie, (finally gave up) and Carter and Alex were barely hypnotized. I looked around, trying to spot something useful. Then- wow we got lucky- I saw a pocket knife. I showed it to everyone, then started to cut the ropes. It didn't take long to finish. I busted out of my chair, feeling as free as ever. I helped my sisters get out of the ropes and rags. We ran out the door, running, running, running.
Nothing felt better than the cool breeze of freedom blowing in our faces.
